Integrity Network replaces the traditional cold-call, walkthrough, estimate workflow with a guided digital intake platform for homeowners and contractors. A homeowner answers project questions, uploads photos and video, and receives an AI-generated scope, preliminary estimate, and matched contractors before anyone sets foot on-site. Two iOS apps, a backend API, and a 17-stage lead pipeline, all built and operated by 47 Industries.
The Challenge
The construction industry runs on phone calls, walkthroughs, and paper estimates. Homeowners waste days chasing quotes. Contractors spend time on leads that never convert. iUSEJOe needed a platform that could qualify, scope, and match leads automatically, end-to-end, without requiring contractors to change how they work.
Our Solution
Two Flutter apps (homeowner + contractor), a Node.js API on Railway, and a Claude-powered intake engine that conducts a natural conversation, extracts project data, generates a structured scope, runs it through a pricing engine, and matches it to contractors via a weighted PostGIS algorithm. The qualification gate filters serious leads before contractor time is spent.
Results
Platform live on TestFlight. AI-powered intake, contractor matching, scheduling, and quoting all functional. 94+ API endpoints. 17-stage lead pipeline operational. Core product shipped to client for external service configuration.

Scope + Pricing Engine
AI-generated scope converts intake data into structured trade breakdowns. The pricing engine applies configurable rates by zone, finish level, and complexity.
PostGIS Contractor Matching
Weighted algorithm matches leads to top contractors by geographic proximity, category expertise, availability, budget alignment, and rating.
Qualification Gate
Homeowners pay to unlock contractor details and scope. Filters out tire-kickers and ensures contractors only receive serious, verified leads.
